Mee Lin Gyaing Electric Power Co., Ltd, in collaboration with Pathein Vocational Training School, started the vocational training courses from 12th August 2020.
This program, catered for the youth living around the project area, was brought about with the following objectives:
- participants to learn industrial skills
- increase income and uplift the living standards,
- create employment and business opportunities,
- provide employment opportunities during the project implementation/construction period,
- and to establish independent family businesses to be able to work in resulting SMEs.
The program was accommodating 20 trainees for the first batch of the Electrical Installation Course. With COVID-19 taken into account, the lessons were carried out in accordance with safety precautions announced by the Ministry of Health and Sports and have been briefly halted but will resume again shortly.
We plan on providing training to more than 300 individuals through this vocational training program, both in Pathein and village areas.
Mee Lin Gyaing Electric Power Co., Ltd မှ ၂၀၂၀ခုနှစ်၊ ဩဂုတ်လ၊ ၁၂ – ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်ကာ စက်မှုနှင့် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းပညာ သင်တန်းကျောင်းဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ချခြင်း (Vocational Training) အား ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုနှင့်လေ့ကျင့်ရေးသင်တန်းကျောင်း ( အလုပ်သမား၊လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးနှင့်ပြည့်သူအင်အားဝန်ကြီးဌာန)- ပုသိမ် နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
စီမံကိန်းဧရိယာနှင့် အနီးတဝိုက်ရှိ လူငယ်လူရွယ်များအနေဖြင့် စက်မှု/လက်မှု အတတ်ပညာများ တတ်မြောက်ရေးနှင့် အတတ်ပညာဖြင့် အသက်မွေး၀မ်းကျောင်း ပြုနိုင်စေရေး၊ လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အခွင့်အလမ်းများပေါ်ပေါက်လာစေရေးနှင့် ၀င်ငွေတိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်စေရေး၊ လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်များ ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်လာစေရေး နှင့် ၁၃၉၀ -မဂ္ဂါဝပ် မီးလင်းဂျိုင် LNG သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့နှင့်စွန့်ပစ်အပူသုံး လျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အားပေးစက်ရုံ တည်ဆောက်စဉ်နှင့် စတင်လည်ပတ်စဉ်ကာလများတွင် ဒေသခံများအနေဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရေး စသည့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များအတွက် စီမံကိန်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော်သူများ အနေဖြင့် စီစဉ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ချ ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
စီမံကိန်း ဧရိယာနှင့် အနီးတဝိုက်ရှိ ကျေးရွာများမှ သင်တန်းသား အယောက် (၂၀) အား ကျောင်းအိပ် ကျောင်းစားဖြင့် Electrical Installation သင်တန်းအား အပတ်စဉ် (၁) အနေဖြင့် ပို့ချခဲ့ပါသည်။ Covid-19 ကာလဖြစ်သဖြင့် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကာစားဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့် လိုက်နာရန်အချက်များအတိုင်း စနစ်တကျဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ ချခဲ့ပါသည်။
Vocational Training သင်တန်းများကိုပုသိမ်၌လည်းကောင်း၊စီမံကိန်းဧရိယာ၌လည်းကောင်း Covid ဆိုင်ရာစည်းကမ်းချက်၊ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအရသင်တန်းသားဦးရေ ၃၀၀ ကျော်အထိသင်ကြားသွားရန်စီစဉ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
