- Attract and Select talented candidates within a time frame
- Handle the whole recruitment and selection process
- Structure the Job advertisement and announcement
- Manipulate the recruitment agency to support Business Unit Head to acquire the desired amount of manpower
- Facilitate HR Team with new hire orientation with new employees’ documents and enable to know the policies and procedure to compliance with company culture
- Coordinate with HR Team and Business Unit Head to help drive productivity, quality and customer service including guiding and corrective action including termination process and monitoring for succession plan
- Conduction Interview with Business Unit Head to generate accurate Assessment to deliberate talent candidate to company
- To create effective recruitment tools and analyze recruitment agency to conceive concise recruitment report monthly
- Assisting managers with completing investigations by taking witness statements or making recommendations
- Interview, shortlist, screening, offering of contracts and managing of candidates
- Above 3 Years’ Experience in recruitment field of Engineering Industry or EPC Related tendering industry.
- Strong Understanding in Recruitment Industry.
- Bachelor Degree Holder. Computer literate (Both English and Unicode).
- (Proficient) in English Both Written and Verbal Communication
