Job Description
  • Can process SSB, Attendance and Payroll 
  • Utilize attendance software to receive the daily attendance and collect from the project site 
  • Can build up the employee information system and update monthly manpower list 
  • Communicate with Line Manager for the employee relation issues 
  • Implement the monthly employee welfare programs for personal development process 
  • Prepare the monthly HR Budgets and assists to HR Manager 
  • Access the daily operation plans such as memo and office documents as required
